By way of instant application, prayer has been made on behalf of the applicant/petitioner to modify order dated 12.10.2023, whereby petition, having been filed by the applicant/petitioner, came to be dismissed as infructuous on account of subsequent development. It is averred in the application that after passing of order dated 12.10.2023, applicant/petitioner wants to represent to the competent authority for redressal of his grievance, but since such liberty has not been reserved in order dated 12.10.2023, he is unable to approach the authority concerned.
For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and order dated 12.10.2023, is modified to the extent that applicant/petitioner would be at liberty to approach appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance, if required and desired. The application stands disposed of.
