behalf of respondents Nos. 2 to 7, for discharging their natural guardian, respondent No.1 and permit them to pursue the lis in their independent capacity.
No reply is intended to be filed on behalf of the appellant.
Having perused averments contained in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit, as well as documents annexed thereto, this court finds that respondent Nos. 2 to 7 have attained the age of majority, as such, they are entitled to pursue the lis their own and independent capacity.
