Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order passed by the erstwhile learned Himachal Pradesh Administrative Tribunal in TA No. 4238 of 2015, titled as Seema Devi Vs. Himachal Road Transport Corporation and another has not been complied with by the respondents till date.
the respondents that needful in terms of order dated 03.07.2019, passed by the learned Tribunal be done within a period of four weeks from today. However, in case the needful is not done within the said period, then the petitioner shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of these proceedings.
