Mr. Vikrant Chandel, learned Deputy Advocate
General has placed on record instructions received by him along with copy of the order dated 31.5.2022. He submits that as per order dated 31.5.2022, the representation moved by the petitioner has been considered sympathetically and it has been ordered that the petitioner would be transferred from Government Senior Secondary School Gallour, District Kangra to District Bilaspur against vacancy, which is likely to be arisen in future due to upgradation of school/retirement/promotion to the post of TGT in the District under 5% quota.
