Petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of
India, seeking mainly the following relief:-
petitioner was working as a Peon with the respondents. Unfortunately, the mother of the petitioner died on 1.7.2019 while in service. Petitioner moved a representation, Annexure P-1, seeking his appointment on compassionate basis to the respondents. However, no action has been taken on the same so far. At this stage, petitioner would be satisfied in case the respondents

are directed to dispose of the representation, Annexure P-1 moved by the petitioner, in a time bound manner.
