M. Rajinder Dogra, Sr. Addl. A.G. with Mr. Vinod Thakur, Addl. A.G. and Mr. Rajat Chauhan, Law Officer, for respondents No. 1 and 2.
Mr. Vijay Verma, Advocate, vice Mr. H. S. Rangra, Advocate, for respondents No. 3 to 5.
Despite repeated opportunities granted by learned Additional Registrar (Judicial) for bringing on record the legal representatives of sole petitioner, steps have not been taken, which clearly go to indicate that probably the legal representatives of the petitioner are not interested in pursuing the instant lis , as according to the learned counsel for the petitioner he has made repeated endevours to contact them.
In this view of the matter, this Court is left with no other option, but to dismiss the petition for want of prosecution. Ordered accordingly.
