On Page-3 of the judgment dated 25.9.2023, inadvertently, year number of the writ petitions from Sr. No. 13 to Sr. No. 18, has been recorded as 2022, whereas it ought to have been 2023. Accordingly, page No.3 of aforesaid judgment is modified to the extent that year mentioned in CWP Nos. 2372, 2374, 2375, 2401, 2515 and 3554 be read as “2023” instead of 2022. This order shall form part and parcel of the Judgment dated 25.9.2023.
