Mr. Vikrant Chandel, Deputy Advocate General, for the respondents/State.
Learned Deputy Advocate General has submitted that so far as petitioners No.1, 3 to 8 are concerned, their services have been regularized after completion of eight years contract service vide order dated 8.4.2022. However, so far as petitioner No.2 is concerned, requisite documents have been demanded from the said petitioner, which are still awaited and as and when the same are received, necessary order qua his regularization would be passed.
List again on 30.12.2022.
