The petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No.199/2021, dated 21.11.2021, registered at Police Station Bhuntar, District Kullu, H.P., under Section 20 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. The petitioner is accused of possessing 1.104 kilogram of cannabis. The petitioner was arrested in this case on 21.11.2021.
