has sought condonation of 29 days’ delay that has crept up in filing of the appeal. For the reasons stated in the application, which are otherwise duly supported by an affidavit of the applicant/appellant, we find sufficient cause to condone the aforesaid delay. Ordered accordingly. The application stands disposed of.
