By way of this application, a prayer has been made for release of deposited compensation amount in favour of the applicants, in accordance with their respective shares, as detailed in para-4 of the application.
As per report of the Registry, a sum of Rs. 41,05,730/- is lying in deposit. Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that judgment passed by this Court has attained finality as the Special Leave Petition filed against the said judgement stands dismissed by Hon’ble Supreme Court. Respondents have not submitted any response.
Accordingly, the application is allowed. The amount lying
in deposit in the Registry of this Court, is ordered to be released in favour of the applicants, in accordance with their respective shares, as detailed in para-4 of the application by remitting such amount in their respective bank accounts, details of which are provided in Annexures A-1 to A-8, after due verification. Application stands disposed of.
