By way of this application, the applicants/respondents No. 2 and 3 have prayed that as they have attained the age of majority, in these circumstances, next friend of the applicants, who was pursuing the case on their behalf, in her capacity as mother and natural guardian, i.e. respondent No. 1, be discharged and applicants/respondents No. 2 and 3 be permitted to pursue the case in their own capacity. In support of the prayer made in the application, copies of Aadhar Card of the applicants/respondents No. 2 and 3 have been appended with the application as Annexure P/1, a perusal of which shows that the applicants have attained the age of majority.

After hearing learned Counsel for the parties, the application is allowed and respondent No. 1 (mother of the applicants/respondents), is discharged as guardian of applicants/respondents No. 2 and 3 and they are permitted to pursue their case in their own capacity. The application stands disposed of.
