Mr. Vijay Chaudhary, learned counsel, states that since it stands duly mentioned in para-1 of the reply filed by the respondent-State that cancellation report is being filed in the FIR sought to be quashed in the instant proceedings, he be permitted to withdraw this petition at this stage with liberty to file afresh at appropriate stage, if so required and desired.
Consequently, in view of the aforesaid, present petition is
dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
