By way of present petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has sought a direction to the Officer on Special Duty, Erstwhile, H.P. State Administrative Tribunal, to send the record of Original Application bearing OA (D) No. 443 of 2018, titled Parneet Kumar V. State of HP and Ors, to this Court.

2. Having taken note of the fact that entire record of the Tribunal stands transferred to this Court, prayer made in the instant petition cannot be allowed and as such, learned counsel for the

petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
