This application has been filed on behalf of
applicants/appellants for release of amount.
In sequel to order passed on 19.8.2020, department has imparted instructions to learned Additional Advocate General that due to inadvertent mistake, this application has been filed and in fact there is an amount which is to be deposited by the applicants/appellants in the Registry of this Court in terms of final judgment dated 23.7.2018 passed in main appeal.
Learned Additional Advocate General further submits that applicants/appellants would be depositing the deficit amount in the Registry of this Court within four weeks.
Considering the entire facts and circumstances, application is dismissed with direction to the applicants/ appellants to deposit the balance amount of compensation, as undertaken, within four weeks from today.
The application stands disposed of.
