By way of instant writ petition, the petitioners have challenged the impugned orders dated 28.03.2019 and 31.07.2019 (Annexures P-4 & P-5), passed by respondent No.2, Deputy Commissioner, Solan, District Solan (H.P.), with a prayer to quash and set aside the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners as well as other affected stakeholders, have made representations dated 02.08.2019 and 30.08.2019 (Annexure P-7 colly) in respect of their claim to the Deputy Commissioner, Solan, which are pending consideration before the said Authority.

3. Ms. Ritta Goswami, learned Additional Advocate General, submits that in case such representations are pending consideration before the Deputy Commissioner, Solan, the concerned Authority may be directed to consider and decide the same within a time bound manner.

4. Taking into consideration the averments and prayer made on behalf of the petitioners and also the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, we deem it proper to dispose of the instant writ petition with a direction to the Deputy Commissioner, Solan, respondent No.2, to consider and decide

the representations dated 02.08.2019 & 30.08.2019 (Annexures P-7 colly) of the petitioners as well as other stakeholders, within a period of three months from today.
