As per the police report, in case FIR No.17 of 2019, dated 29.1.2019, registered at Police Station, Jawali, District Kangra, case is made out only under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of this, the present petition is not maintainable. As such, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. Permission granted. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
