Despite sufficient opportunity, no reply has been filed
to the application, however, having carefully perused averments contained in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit, this Court is convinced and satisfied that delay in maintaining the accompanying appeal is neither intentional nor willful, rather same has occurred on account of lengthy administrative process and as such, same deserves to be condoned.
Accordingly, for the reasons stated in the application, delay in filing the appeal, which in my considered view, has sufficiently been explained, is condoned. The application stands disposed of.
Appeal be registered.

Learned counsel for the non-applicants state that prayer made in the application may be allowed subject to deposit of award amount. In view of the aforesaid, operation and execution of impugned award dated 2.2.2017 (amended on
1.9.2017), passed by the learned District Judge, Una, in land Reference Petition RBT No. 8/13/16, titled Roshan Lal and Ors. v. Land Acquisition Collector (Railways) and Ors., shall remain stayed subject to applicant’s depositing award amount within a period of eight weeks. Application stands disposed of.
