None has appeared on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 7, though, as per report of Process Serving Agency, they stand served. Therefore, they are proceeded against ex-parte .
By means of this application, the applicants are seeking to condone the delay occurred in filing the appeal. Delay is stated to have occurred on account of administrative reasons. Cogent grounds have been given in the application, which is duly suqpported by an affidavit. Therefore, the same is allowed and delay of 221 days, as occurred in filing the Regular First Appeal, is condoned in the interest of justice. The application stands disposed of.
CMP No.8996 of 2019:
Subject to the applicants’ depositing entire award amount along with up-to-date interest in the Registry of this Court within four weeks from today, operation of the impugned award dated 18.06.2018, passed by learned Additional District Judge-II, Mandi, H.P, shall remain stayed, till final disposal of the appeal. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
