This appeal is directed against the judgment and decree passed by learned District Judge, Kangra at Dharamshala in Civil Appeal No. 77G/XIII/2006. In the order passed in this appeal on 30.06.2017, it has been recorded that respondent No.1 has expired. On the request made by learned counsel representing the appellants, two weeks time was granted for taking consequential steps on the death of said respondent. It is about 11 months elapsed, however, consequential steps have not been taken. Learned counsel representing the appellants submits that despite efforts made including repeated
