Ltd., Kol Dam, Barmana, Bilaspur versus Ram Rakhi and another.

As such, the present appeals along with cross-objections (if any) stand disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment. The directions issued in the aforesaid judgment shall apply mutatis mutandis to the instant cases. Pending application (s), if any, also stand disposed of.
