of Zila Parishad. Since the filing of present petition in October, 2012, fresh election to the Zila Parishad, Kangra has been held in the month of January, 2016. Also, District Planning Committees stand constituted by the respondents -authorities. Akshay Jasrotia, who filed the petition, is also not authorized by any one of
the newly elected members.
