With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, petition is disposed of with the following directions:-

(a) Interim order dated 7^th January, 2016, passed by this Court, reproduced hereunder, is made absolute.

“The application is disposed of by providing that the operation of the impugned order is stayed. The petitioner is at liberty to go ahead with the selection process but shall not declare the final list without permission of the Court. Alteration/modification and vacation on motion.”

(b) We request the Tribunal itself to decide the Original Application, on merits, in accordance with law,

expeditiously and preferably, within a period of three months from today.

(c) Needless to add, it shall be open for the petitioner to take all appropriate actions, for completing the selection process, in accordance with law. However, such actions shall be subject to the decision in the Original Application and in the order of appointment, selected candidates be informed of such fact.
