As such, as orally prayed for, leaving all questions open and without adjudicating the cases on merits, we dispose of the present petitions with a direction to the respondents authority to consider and decide the petitioner(s) request expeditiously, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of such receipt. Needless to add, opportunity of hearing shall be afforded to all concerned and order assigning reasons shall be supplied to the respective parties. It shall be open for the parties to agitate the issue before this Court or any other Fora, if so required and desired.
