Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already filed an appropriate application which is yet pending consideration before respondent No.1. He further states that the petitioner shall be content if a direction be issued to the said respondent to consider and decide his application, in accordance with law, within some reasonable time. Respondents have no objections to the same.
