Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the petitioner had approached the authorities and indicated stations of his choice (3 Nos.), where, perhaps, he could be adjusted in terms of the Policy. Placement/posting of an employee is the prerogative of the Executive, which, of course, is to be exercised within the four corners of law, more so, Policy framed in this regard.
