that the petitioner is permanent resident of Tehsil Rampur, District Shimla, not in a position to tamper with the prosecution evidence and he is not in a position to flee from justice and after going through the material, which has come on record, this Court finds that the interests of justice would be met in case the petitioner, who is behind the bars since long, is released on bail. This Court also finds that no fruitful purpose will be served by keeping the petitioner behind the bars for an unlimited period, therefore, the present is a fit case where the judicial discretion to admit the petitioner on bail is required to be exercised in his favour. Accordingly, the present petition is allowed and it is ordered that the petitioner, who has been arrested by the police of Police Station Rampur, District Shimla, in connection to FIR No. 22 of 2017, dated 23.1.2017, under Sections 452, 323, 326, 324, 506 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code, be released on bail, in this case, subject to his furnishing personal bond to the sum of `25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of learned trial Court. The bail is granted subject to the following conditions:
