Vide this application the learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that he has deposited 50 % amount in compliance to the order dated 7th November, 2016, passed by this Court and as the amount could not be deposited within time, hence the present application.
Heard. The present application is disposed of by ordering that in case, 50 % amount is deposited, as prayed for in the application, the same will be taken as compliance of the order dated 7th November, 2016.
Now the parties to appear before learned Lower Appellate Court and learned Lower Appellate Court will dispose of the matter in accordance with law. The application stands disposed of.
