3(a) to 3 (c) and 4 have been received back duly served. However, there is no appearance on their behalf. As regards respondent No.5, she is the same person, who has been arrayed as respondent No.3 in the appeal. Accordingly the name of respondent No.5 is ordered to be deleted from the array of the respondents.
By medium of this application, the applicant/appellant has sought condonation of 1 day delay that has crept-in in filing of the appeal. A perusal of the application, more particularly paras 2 and 3 thereof, would show sufficient cause which prevented the applicant/appellant from filing the appeal within the prescribed period of limitation. Accordingly, the aforesaid delay in filing of the application is condoned. Application stands disposed of.
