appeal stands finally decided by this Court vide judgment dated 12.8.2016 and further taking into consideration the fact that the applicant/respondent No.1 is minor at the time of filing of the appeal and has now attained majority, let an amount of `1,55,500/- alongwith proportionate uptodate interest be released in favour of the applicant/ respondent No.1 by remitting the same to her bank account, the details whereof have been given in para-5 of the application. Application stands disposed of.
