By medium of this application, the applicant/appellant has sought 91 days’ delay that has crept up in filing of the appeal. A perusal of the application, more particularly, the contents of para-2 thereof, would reveal sufficient cause which prevented the applicant/appellant from filing the appeal within the prescribed period of limitation. The averments contained in the application are duly supported by an affidavit of the applicant/appellant. Even otherwise, there is none to oppose the application. Accordingly, the application is allowed, delay of 91 days’ in filing of the appeal is condoned. Application stands disposed of.
