Present : Mr.Vinod Chauhan, Proxy counsel, for the petitioner.
Mr.Shrawan Dogra, Advocate General with Mr.Anup Rattan, Mr.Romesh Verma, Additional Advocate Generals and Mr.J.K. Verma, Deputy Advocate General, for the respondents.
Mr. Verma, learned Deputy Advocate General stated that the respondents have complied the directions of this Court by engaging the petitioner as P.T.A. Clerk purely on Local PTA basis w.e.f. 15.2.2016. He has filed photocopy of office order dated 29th February, 2016 across the Board, made part of the file. Accordingly, the contempt petition is consigned to records. However, the petitioner is at liberty to seek appropriate remedy, if still aggrieved.
