This matter falls within the ambit of expression “service matters” as per Section 3(q) of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. The same is required to be transferred to the Himachal Pradesh Administrative Tribunal in view of Section 29 of the Act. The Registry is directed to transmit the records to the Registry of Himachal Pradesh Administrative Tribunal immediately by maintaining proper record to this effect. List this case before the Tribunal on 29th September,2015. Ordered accordingly.
