Learned counsel submits that in an outside Court settlement the due and admissible amount has been paid to the respondent-DH. Learned counsel for the respondent-DH also admits the receipt of payment of the decretal amount. Therefore, nothing is left to be adjudicated in this petition on merits. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
