Learned counsel for the non-applicants submit that in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in the appeal filed by the present applicant, they have no objection in case the amount, as prayed for, is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the amount, in terms of the judgment passed by this Court, is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant in his bank account, details of which are provided alongwith the application. Application stands disposed of.
