Keeping in view the facts of all the cases in hand, prayer sought read with the fact that similar cases have been disposed of by this Court vide judgments, rendered in CWP No. 7056 of 2014 , titled as Neelima Kumari versus State of Himachal Pradesh and others, decided on 14.10.2014, CWP No. 7057 of 2014 , titled as Kanchan Kumari versus State of Himachal Pradesh and others, decided on 14.10.2014 and CWP No. 7058 of 2014 , titled as Robin Chaudhary versus State of H.P. & others alongwith other connected matters, decided on 15.10.2014, we deem it proper to dispose of these petitions, at this stage, by directing the respondents/competent authority to consider the case(s) of

the petitioners for regularization in terms of the Rules/Regulations/Policy read with the averments contained in the writ petitions and annexures thereto and make decision, after hearing the petitioners, within four weeks from today. Ordered accordingly.

It goes without saying that in case the decision goes against the petitioners, they are at liberty to challenge

the same.
