Considering the fact that in appeal proceedings, the Appellate Authority has decided the issue in favour of the petitioner, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. Accordingly, we dispose of this writ petition while making it clear that if any individual/person is aggrieved by the decision of the Appellate Authority, is free to challenge the same by way of appropriate proceedings. If such proceedings are resorted to, all questions required to be considered therein will have to be decided on its own merits. A copy of the judgment rendered in appeal proceedings is placed on record.
