her pregnancy. It is too early to say something that such medical problem cropped up on account of the alleged misbehaviour of the accused persons and her torturing at their hands. The investigation in the case is almost complete and it is only the report of chemical examiner in respect of viscera of the deceased sent for analysis left to be obtained. The accused-petitioners are local residents of district Una. There is no complaint that they have failed to join the interrogation when called upon to do so by the police. This Court also finds no reason that there is any likelihood of their fleeing away from justice. Otherwise also, their movements can be restricted by imposing suitable conditions upon them. I, thus, accept all the four applications. Consequently, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the accused-petitioners in connection with the case registered against them vide FIR No.151 of 2013 under Sections 306 and 498-A read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code in Police Station, Sadar, Una, they shall be released on bail subject to their furnishing personal bonds in the sum of `25,000/- with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting police officer/investigating officer on the conditions that the accused-petitioners shall:
