Mr. Neeraj K. Sharma, learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record the copy of communication dated 26.8.2013. It is evident from the same that the grievance of the petitioner now stands redressed, whereby on the recommendation of Departmental Promotion Committee, he has been promoted as Senior Assistant w.e.f. 6.8.1994 and Superintendent Grade-II w.e.f. 5.8.2008. The case of the petitioner has now been taken up with the State Government for creation of supernumerary post. The final decision in this regard be taken within four weeks from today. 2. In view of these observations, the present petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any. No costs.
