No grounds are made out for interference in the
impugned order dated 6.8.2009 in Civil Suits No. 9-1 of 2008 and 8-1 of 2008, respectively.
However, taking into consideration that the parties are litigating for the considerable period, the civil suits be decided within a period of four months from today, after clubbing the same. Ordered accordingly.
With these observations, the CMPMOs are disposed of . No
costs.
