Ms. Guarja Khanna (plaintiff) and Smt. Anju Arora (defendant No.5) are present in Court.

Mr. Nitin Gupta, learned counsel, has handed over bank drafts No. 792299 and 792300, dated 27.9.2012, of Bank of Baroda, East of Kailash, New Delhi, amounting to rupees eight lakhs each, issued in favour of Ms. Gaurja Khanna and Mr. Karan Khanna, respectively to Smt. Anju Arora (defendant No. 5) and Ms. Gaurja Khanna (plaintiff), who are present in Court.

Ms. Gaurja Khanna and Smt. Anju Arora who is the attorney of Sh. Karan Khanna, state that the objections filed by them in the office of Collector (Revenue) District Chamba H.P. and any other department with respect to the suit property comprised in Khasra Nos. 767, 768, 778, 780, 781, 782, khata khatauni No. 7/12, Mauja Dalhoursie Khas, Tehsil Dalhourie, District Chamba, H.P. shall be treated as withdrawn and not acted upon by the

authorities concerned. The statement is accepted and taken on record. If necessary plaintiff and defendant No. 6 shall move appropriate applications in this regard and if so desired by the contesting defendant Smt. Sukrita Khanna they shall also issue no objection certificate/certificate of withdrawal of the complaints, if any. Similarly complaints, if any, filed by Smt. Sukrita Khanna (defendant No. 1) with respect to the property which has fallen to the share of the plaintiff and defendant No. 6 shall be deemed to be withdrawn.
