From the reply filed by the State, it is quite evident that petitioner belongs to Gram Panchayat Mahadev whereas the school in question falls within the jurisdiction of Gram Panchayat Behli. Hence, the petitioner is not eligible for being considered for the post in question. Consequently, I see no reason to interfere with the action of the respondents. Accordingly, petition is dismissed.
