The present appeal has been filed against the award of the Court of learned District Judge, Solan, in Land Reference Nos. 52-S/4, 48-S/4 and 50-S/4 of 1992, decided on 7.9.1998. The said judgment was also assailed by some of the appellants and the same award has already been assailed by the present appellant. The appeal filed against the award passed by the learned District Judge, Solan, was partly allowed vide judgment passed by this Court in RFA No. 9 of 1999 alongwith other connected appeals, decided on 31.7.2009. In view of the fact that same judgment has been assailed in the earlier case and the same has been partly allowed, the said judgment 1Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
