By way of this application, the Decree Holder/applicant has prayed for transfer of the decree to the Courts of District Judge, Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh), District Judge Panchkula (Haryana) and District Judge Kurakshetra (Haryana). The transfer cannot be made to these three Courts. Learned Counsel for the Decree Holder/applicant prays that the decree be transferred to the Court of District Judge, Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh). Accordingly, the decree is transferred to the Court of District Judge, Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh). Therefore, the application stands allowed.
