In view of the statement at the bar made by Mr. Dilip Sharma, Advocate, learned counsel for the petitioner, owing to the subsequent developments, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty reserved to file fresh petition or to make a representation to the Government with regard to the surviving reliefs, if any, as prayed for vide para 7 (i), (ii) and (iii) of the petition, which are extracted below:
“7(i) That the respondent department may be directed to grant to the applicant regular pay scale of Patwari with effect from 15.7.1989 and regular increments in the pay scale of Patwari on that basis with all consequential benefits. (ii) That the respondent department may be directed to allow
