The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been regularized w.e.f.12.3.1991 as per provisional seniority list circulated on 21.5.2009. In view of this development, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the petition and he prays for withdrawal of the petition. Prayer granted. The petition is dismissed as rendered infructuous.
