Petitioner was granted pay scale of Rs. 6400-10,400/- on the basis of Annexure A-1 dated 23.5.2003. However, the same has been withdrawn on the basis of Annexure A-2 dated 22.10.2003. The petitioner has not been issued any show-cause notice. The salary of the petitioner has been reduced without hearing him.
