Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has now been promoted as Head Teacher (HT) and has been posted in Govt. Primary School, Palel (Deha). Therefore this present petition does not survive. He further submits that the salary due and payable to the petitioner for the months of October and November, 2010 has not been paid to him.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. The respondents are directed to ensure that the amount due and admissible to the petitioner as salary, allowances, etc. be paid to her latest by 28.2.2011.
