In furtherance to our earlier order dated 1.9.2026, the Corpus is brought before the Court and Court has interacted alone with the Corpus and also in presence of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Having interacted, the Court finds that the Corpus was in Nari One Stop Kendra, Mehsana and has no complaint about the treatment and in fact has been treated well. The Corpus also states that while she was in Nari One Stop Kendra, Mehsana her parents had met her.

It appears that the accused of the FIR is now apprehended presently in Sub-Jail, Mehsana. The Court has thereafter interacted with the Corpus wherein she has expressed her desirous to go along with her parents. She has also prayed before the Court that no harm should be caused to Thakor Sunilji@Chhanaji Babuji. According to her, both of

them had eloped together.

The parents are also present before the Court and had stated that they had met Corpus once in Nari One Stop Kendra, Mehsana and assured the Court that they will not mis-treate their daughter in any manner and would take care of their daughter in all respect. In view of the aforesaid, particularly when the Corpus is a minor, custody can safely be given to the parents of the Corpus i.e. petitioner.

As it is reported that the accused is now apprehended and is aged approximately 22 years and also belongs to lower strata of the society, the Court observed that if need be proper legal aid be provided to Thakor Sunilji@Chhanaji Babuji who is recently lodged in Sub-Jail, Mehsana. Copy of the order be sent to the District Legal Service Authority, Mehsana with the copy to the Sub-Jail, Mehsana.

With the aforesaid observations, present petition stands disposed of.
