ORDER
Learned advocate Mr. H.J. Karathiya places on record the photocopy of the corrected birth certificate, whereby the name of the father of the petitioner is corrected. By placing the aforesaid photocopy of the corrected birth certificate issued by the Registrar, Thala Gram Panchayat, on record, learned advocate Mr.Karathiya states that the petition may be disposed of as the grievance of the petitioner is redressed. The corrected birth certificate is taken on record.
Learned advocate Mr. Sindhi does not dispute the aforesaid fact. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as having become infructuous, in view of the fact that the prayer is already satisfied.
